Application Factory

首先创建一个文件夹 flaskr，然后在文件夹中创建一个文件 __init__.py：

create_app 就是项目函数，他主要完成的功能见http://flask.pocoo.org/docs/1.0/tutorial/factory/.

Run the application

需要先设置项目函数的包与开发的模式：

export FLASK_ENV=development

然后运行这个项目：

flask run

之后在浏览器中访问 http://127.0.0.1/hello 即可实现访问。
